Happy Monday! I hope you had an amazing weekend! As always I like to start the week off right with some words of inspiration....I I saw this amazing quote and wanted to share:

Lots of potential meaning here but the one that means the most to me and what I want you to focus on your 2 choices in life:
1) Be a VICTIM of your circumstances or
2) Be a PRODUCT of your choices
It is really easy to blame others, or blame the situation - and put the blame out their in the world somewhere. The reality of the life is that the only place that we should be placing any kind of blame at all is the person looking at us in the mirror every morning.
We are all at our points in our lives because of the choices we have made. It's easy and convenient to place blame on the teacher or the boss or the economy or the government - but that creates suffering and massive unfulfillment AND removes us from the process of controlling our lives.
If we want a better life - then we have to make better choices. And our daily choices or our habits is what makes the difference in our lives.
