Good Morning All - I hope you had an amazing weekend!
As always, I like to start the week off right with some words of Motivation and a quick video message:

By avoiding negative people you create a space for health and happiness, and creativity. You don't have to be rude or aggressive, but you do have to be firm with your unwillingness to be around people who make you feel uncomfortable or who hurt you. You will need to say NO to them
