Protect your emotional energy, you are not a garbage can. Be wise, you cannot fix, please, and help everyone. Sometimes you have to say NO to people. You cannot follow your path if you are always trying to fix everyone around you. Take a step back and realize that you need to re-focus on your path and your goals.
If you ALWAYS give and never RECEIVE then this is not in balance. You need people who inspire and help you too!
