Good Morning All - I hope you had an amazing weekend!
As always, I like to start the week off right with some words of Motivation and a quick video message:

It's great to jump into something new with enthusiasm and this can often make up for lack of planning. But over time it becomes clear that we need clear goals and objectives to keep moving in the right direction.
Over time, enthusiasm fades and mistakes occur, so only intentional actions drive us toward our goals and lead to meaningful progress.
