MONDAY Motivation
Good Morning All - I hope you had an amazing weekend!
No Video today but as always, I like to start the week off right with some words of Motivation or Inspiration:

Striving to please everyone is exhausting and a surefire path to losing oneself. When we try to please everyone, we spread ourselves thin, sacrificing our individuality and focus.
A better option is to build the strength to set boundaries, accept criticism, and be okay with not being liked by everyone.
